We try our best to make sure there are no small parts in our toys. However, please consider your puppy’s age and size before buying them new toys.

Most toys are perfect for pups of any age. Regardless, it’s advisable to talk to your vet before introducing your pup to new toys.

What is the return policy if my puppy doesn’t like the toys or if there are any defects?

Please make your return requests to 1300 124 837. We attend to each complaint individually. 

How long will it take for the toys to be delivered?

It will depend on your chosen delivery option. Please refer to our shipping & delivery page for exact information. 

Is there an option for expedited shipping if the birthday is soon?

We offer same-day delivery in the Melbourne metro area for just $ 19.95. Please place your order before 12 PM on a business day for same-day dispatch. 

Are there any additional shipping costs?

All orders incur a small shipping fee. $ 14.95 for standard shipping, $ 17.95 for express shipping, and $ 19.95 for same-day delivery.
