Cancellation policy

Subscription boxes come in either 3, 6 or 12-month options, or can be purchased as a one-off option. A discount may apply to each subscription model. The selected subscription box will be shipped on, or to the nearest business day, of the date the first box was purchased, and each month until the subscription period ends.

 

Subscription box payments will be made monthly, and be charged to the original payment method used. Details are stored on our secure payment gateway and only used for the monthly payment, and will be deleted at the end of the subscription period.

 

Cancellation of subscription boxes can be made at any time, however, fees will apply. If cancellation is selected before the end of the purchased subscription model, any discount saved will be charged back on the total amount paid. For example, if a subscription of 6 months was purchased, with a 10% discount, and subsequently cancelled after 4 months, the incurred fee will be 10% of the 4 month total.

 

All prices, subscription models, fees etc are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
